The Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) is the world’s largest and most prestigious pre-college STEM research competition. Each year, approximately 1,700 of the world’s top young scientists and engineers from over 60 countries present original research projects and compete for more than $7 million in awards, scholarships, and prizes. ISEF is widely recognized by leading universities as one of the highest achievements in high school scientific research. Students from each country have to qualify through thier country’s own affiliated program to the ISEF.
