These terms apply to students submitting an application for the Mojza Scholars Program. By submitting the application form, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms below.
The Program is organized by Mojza in collaboration with Pine Admissions as the counselling partner.
1. About the Program
The Mojza Scholars Program is designed to help selected students access university admissions counselling and guidance.
Through this Program, applicants may be considered for:
- three fully sponsored counselling spots;
- five counselling spots with a 35% discount;
- five counselling spots with a 25% discount.
Submitting an application does not guarantee selection, shortlisting, counselling support, a discount, or any other benefit.
2. Who Can Apply
Students from all educational backgrounds may apply, including CAIE, local Pakistani boards, IB, AP, and other equivalent systems.
The Program is mainly intended for students who are seriously considering international undergraduate university applications.
Mojza may consider academic potential, motivation, initiative, personal context, readiness, and overall fit for the Program.
3. Accuracy of Information
By applying, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge.
You must not submit false, misleading, exaggerated, plagiarized, or fabricated information.
Mojza may disqualify an applicant if the application contains false, misleading, incomplete, plagiarized, or inconsistent information.
4. Selection Process
Mojza will review applications and may shortlist applicants for further steps, such as additional questions, calls, or interviews.
Mojza retains final discretion over selection decisions.
Mojza is not required to publicly share internal scoring, reviewer comments, or individual reasons for selection or rejection.
5. What Selected Students May Receive
The three fully sponsored students will receive a 100% discount on counselling services provided by Pine Admissions for the agreed Program support.
Students selected for discounted spots may receive the applicable discount depending on availability and confirmation.
Selected or eligible students may need to complete Pine Admissions’ own onboarding process before counselling begins.
6. Costs and External Fees
The fully sponsored counselling spots cover counselling services only.
Students may still be responsible for external third-party costs, such as:
- standardized test registration fees;
- university application fees;
- English proficiency test fees;
- visa costs;
- travel costs;
- document processing or courier fees;
- credential evaluation fees;
- and other costs charged by third parties.
Any fee support, reimbursement, or additional coverage will apply only where specifically confirmed as part of the Program.
7. No Guaranteed Outcome
The Program does not guarantee:
- admission to any university;
- admission to any specific country;
- scholarships;
- financial aid;
- visa approval;
- standardized test scores;
- or any other specific result.
University admissions and scholarship decisions are made by independent institutions and are outside the control of Mojza and Pine Admissions.
8. Applicant Responsibilities
If shortlisted or selected, you agree to respond to communications in a timely manner.
You may be expected to:
- attend interviews or calls where required;
- provide additional information;
- meet reasonable deadlines;
- complete onboarding steps;
- communicate professionally;
- and work honestly throughout the process.
Failure to respond, provide required information, or complete next steps may result in loss of consideration.
9. Use of Application Data
By submitting the application, you consent to Mojza collecting and reviewing your application information for Program-related purposes, including review, shortlisting, selection, communication, and administration.
Relevant application details may be shared with Pine Admissions where necessary for review, selection input, onboarding, or counselling.
Mojza will not share applicant information with Pine Admissions for unrelated marketing or unrelated commercial purposes.
Applicants should not submit sensitive financial documents unless specifically requested.
10. Communication Consent
By applying, you consent to being contacted by Mojza regarding your application, shortlisting, interviews, results, and Program-related updates.
Communication may take place through email, WhatsApp, phone, or other contact details provided in the application form.
11. Media and Student Stories
Submitting this application does not automatically give Mojza permission to publicly share your name, image, story, or admissions outcomes.
Selected students may later be asked for separate consent if Mojza wishes to feature their journey, achievements, testimonials, or university placements.
If a selected student is under the age of majority, parent or guardian consent may be required before identifiable media or stories are published.
12. Changes or Technical Issues
Mojza may update Program details, timelines, deadlines, or application requirements where reasonably necessary.
Mojza is not responsible for incomplete, late, lost, inaccessible, or unsuccessful submissions caused by technical issues, internet problems, incorrect contact information, or user error.
Applicants are encouraged to submit the form before the deadline.
13. Disqualification or Withdrawal
Mojza may disqualify an applicant or withdraw Program consideration if:
- false or misleading information is provided;
- required information is missing;
- the applicant cannot be contacted;
- the applicant behaves dishonestly, abusively, or unprofessionally;
- required next steps are not completed;
- or continuation would conflict with the purpose or integrity of the Program.
Applicants may withdraw their application by contacting Mojza.
14. Applicant Confirmation
By submitting the application form, you confirm that:
- you have read and understood these terms;
- the information you provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- you consent to Mojza reviewing your application for Program purposes;
- you consent to relevant information being shared with Pine Admissions where necessary for the Program;
- you understand that selection is competitive and not guaranteed;
- you understand that admissions, scholarships, financial aid, visas, and other outcomes are not guaranteed;
- and you agree to participate in the application process in good faith.
